Probably the most recognized tie-dye technique and the easiest! Just pinch your fabric into a tube and add rubber bands to your heart’s content.
Pinch fabric at the center of where your bullseye will be. Pull upward into a cone shape, guiding the fabric with other hand.
Wrap a rubber band 1 to 2 inches below tip of fabric, then continue binding fabric with desired amount of rubber bands.
Apply desired dye colors to sections of fabric.
